The minutes from the January 2014 Rotary Foundation Trustees meeting are now available.

Highlights include:

• Rotary Foundation Vice Chair Michael K. McGovern was elected to serve a second term as vice chair in 2014–15.
• The Trustees approved a new logo for The Rotary Foundation.
• Forty-five Rotarians were selected to receive The Rotary Foundation Distinguished Service Award, the Foundation's highest service recognition.
