RI President Ian H.S. Riseley has nominated Julia D. Phelps to serve the remainder of Barry Rassin’s term as Rotary Foundation trustee, following Rassin’s election as 2018-19 president.

Phelps joined the Rotary Club of Amesbury, Massachusetts, USA, in 1997 and served on the RI Board of Directors from 2014 to 2016. She is a past vice chair of RI’s Audit Committee and a member of the Operations Review Committee.

Phelp’s term ends 30 June 2020.
